"This accommodation was an experience like no other, I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of my one night in Reims. I highly recommend this beautiful Chateau, breakfast was fit for a Queen. Added bonus was having the restaurant Brasserie Le Jardin a stones throw from the Chateau within the landscaped garden area. Stunning!"

"From the very first moment you enter by the door, the outmost care and delicacy surrounds you. Located in a beautiful chateau, here nothing is immoderate or hollow. Every single detail is carefully put and thought and reflected on. I would like to celebrate the manager, for curating such a great staff. Victor, Bastien and every other single person we didn’t have a chance to ask their names, were doing their job with upmost excellency. I warmly applaud you all, like after the curtains falls in a theater, as I have hereby witnessed the art of hospitality. I have never experienced a 3 michelin star hotel before and I had no idea, but now I know how you can actually get this close to perfection. P.S: On top of everything I said, another big applause and huge appreciation for the love and care you showed to our furry friends who travels with us."

The house are grounds were beautiful with welcoming festive decorations, our room was magnificent, historic defied and detail, very comfortable and warm, with spacious proportions and outlook over the back gardens, the La Rotonde bar and winter garden stunning place for cosy aperitif each night and where we enjoyed a quality glass of champagne on arrival which the staff kindly welcomed us with on arrival. The breakfast was wonderful - served to your table with really good variety of cold and warm dishes. Beautiful fresh pastries and bread each day baked on the property. The property is literally across the road of both Veuve Cliquot and Pommery champagne houses and a pleasant walk into the town centre. Easy drive to Epernay and Hautvilleur. Great Brasserie on site also! We can’t wait to revisit!!"

"The only thing missing from our room was tea and coffee making facilities if you felt like a quick refreshment in your room in the morning or afternoon. Otherwise, everything was just wonderful!!!"

"Nothing really - if I was being super critical, the signage at the entrance was a bit miss-leading, we did wonder if it was out hotel as there were three logo's on the signage, and we were unsure if it was the entrance for the hotel or the separate restaurant. But I'm being super critical with this comment. Our stay was superb."
